"easy Enough for Me"
smart-stb.net was simple to use. I got it set up faster than I thought I would and didn’t have to mess around with a bunch of confusing stuff. Everything was clear enough, even for someone like me who’s not super Technical

"Works alright, but not perfect"
It works okay on my Samsung for the most part, but I do notice it sometimes freezes when I’m switching channels. The setup was a little confusing too, though maybe that was partly me figuring things out. Overall, it’s usable, but I’d say there’s definitely some room for improvement.

I had to get my device moved and expected it to turn into one of those annoying situations where I’m stuck waiting around forever. Thankfully, it didn’t take much time at all. I was relieved because I usually feel like these things end up wasting my whole day, but this went quickly.

"Much better after the update"
After the last firmware update, the app has been working a lot better for me. Before, it would freeze here and there and take forever to load channels, which was annoying. I went to Smart-STB and followed the instructions there, and it was "pretty easy" even for someone like me. I didn’t have to mess with too many settings or anything. Now it opens faster, and the picture feels more stable overall. Really happy with it — "5 stars" from me.

"Buffers Almost Every Night"
I’ve been dealing with constant buffering every night, and it’s getting frustrating. The service works okay at times, but once evening comes around, it starts lagging or stopping altogether. Not exactly what I’d expect, and it definitely makes it hard to enjoy anything without interruptions.

Support got back to me quickly and helped me fix the setup issue. It did take one extra message to fully sort it out, but they were helpful overall. I’m still not totally sure about the quality of the setup long term, but the support experience was decent.

"Refund Took a Bit, But It Worked Out"
I asked for a refund and they handled it well. It took a little longer than I expected, but the money came back in the end, so no real complaints.

I’ve been using smart-stb.net for a little while now, and it’s been good overall. The channel switching speed is nice, with most channels opening in just a second or two. A few channels take a little longer sometimes, but it’s not too annoying. I’m happy with it so far and would give it 4 stars.

"Late payment and too much chasing around"
My payment ended up going through late, and getting help from support took way longer than it should have. I had to keep checking, following up, and basically doing extra work just to figure out what was going on. it was frustrating, and I’m not sure I’d use it again.

"My account settings just won't stay saved"
I’m not trying to nitpick, but the account settings never seem to save properly for me. I’ll update something, think it’s all set, and then later it’s back to how it was before. Maybe I’m missing something, but it feels like it should just work without me having to keep redoing it.

I’ve been using smart-stb.net for a bit now, and the EPG has been damn accurate. Shows start when they’re supposed to, the times line up, and it doesn’t act like a useless piece of junk like some others I’ve tried. That’s basically all I needed, so no real complaints from me.

"I’ve been loyal to this…"
I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, so I wanted to like this more than I did. It’s definitely affordable, which is a plus, and it gets the job done well enough. But i expected a little better quality. I’m not ready to give up on the brand, but this one left me a bit conflicted.

"Got it working, but the setup could be clearer"
I got the activation done in the end, but it wasn’t super clear at first. I had to double-check the device ID and the portal info a couple of times before it finally worked. The site loaded fine and the payment went through without any issues, but I do wish the steps were explained a bit better. It’s not bad overall, just not the smoothest experience if you’re doing it for the first time.

The remote is easy to use and works well overall. There’s a little lag sometimes, but it’s not a big deal. I’m happy with it.
